My Sunday ritual...

Here's how I spend a perfect Sunday...how do you spend yours?

I had a completely different ‘thing’ planned for you this weekend: a deeply personal piece that I have never written about before. But this morning when I read it over, I realised for the first time in years that I was too scared to press ‘publish.’ So you will get it next week instead.

Which means this week’s newsletter is a little different. I want to share with you my perfect Sunday- because thus far, this Sunday has been one of those good days.

I’m obsessed with people’s routines and how they choose to spend the hours in their days. My Sundays pretty much run along the same lines most weekends, as I’ve figured out what ‘time well spent’ means to me.
